Our priority at Sir John Offley CE VC Primary School is to keep your child safe.

Keeping your child safe means:

  • Ensuring adults who work in our school have undergone safety and security checks
  • Ensuring children know who to go to if they have a problem
  • Keeping children safe when using the internet and making them aware of cyber bullying
  • Ensuring our school is secure
  • Being an anti-bullying school
  • Having a positive approach to behaviour management
  • Being proactive against attempts to inflcit extreme views onto children
  • Zero tolerance to Racist behaviour
  • Protecting children from harm
  • Meeting the needs of children with medical conditions
  • Providing First Aid
  • Caring for children's personal needs
  • Children enjoying safe educational visits
